I am Leticia Linden, a trauma informed psychotherapist working online with women internationally.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Psychological Counselling and multiple advanced trauma training. My work integrates emotional, relational, and somatic approaches, always paced to your nervous system and lived experience.
Most importantly, I work relationally. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel seen, respected, and met as a whole person.
